1 DMCA Ignored Basis

Operating our infrastructure in the Netherlands, we strictly adhere to local Dutch legislation. Because of our offshore location, we fundamentally ignore automated DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) takedown notices. We will only review complaints accompanied by a valid local court order from a judge with jurisdiction over our physical servers.

2 Anonymity & Data Protection

We safeguard offshore hosted content by maintaining absolute privacy. Customer data is strictly protected: we never perform KYC/ID verification, maintain 7-day rolling connection logs, and accept entirely anonymous cryptocurrency transactions (like Monero). In any event of a copyright inquiry, we do not surrender any private subscriber data to third parties without compelled legal requests from Dutch authorities.

3 Reporting Legitimate Infringement

To report a legitimate legal infringement under Dutch law, complainants must provide undeniable verified proof of ownership and a detailed description of the violation to our legal or abuse team. We do not act on unverified copyright reports.
