This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") outlines the rules and regulations for using our services. By using HostCreed, you agree to comply with this Policy.

1 Prohibited Activities

While we strongly advocate for free speech and provide an offshore, DMCA-resistant environment, we maintain strict boundaries against activities that cause real harm. You may not use our services for:

• Child exploitation material (immediate termination and reporting)
• Phishing sites, financial fraud schemes, or carding forums
• Direct brand infringement (counterfeit goods, fake brand sites)
• Malware, ransomware, or virus distribution points
• Spam operations, email marketing abuse, or botnets (C&C servers)
• Terrorist content or direct promotion of violence

2 Data & Privacy Commitment

Your privacy is inherently linked to acceptable use. We collect only an email address and payment details, requiring absolutely no personal identification (KYC). We do not monitor your website data or track your visitors. Server connection logs are kept for a maximum of 7 days strictly for security purposes before automatic purging.

3 System and Network Security

Violations of system or network security are prohibited and may result in criminal and civil liability. We will investigate incidents involving such violations.

4 Enforcement & Payment

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services that explicitly violate the prohibited activities outlined in Section 1 without refund. All completely anonymous cryptocurrency payments (Bitcoin, Monero) are final. We protect against automated and unverified reports, ensuring due process before taking any action.
