We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

Jurisdiction: All legal matters shall be governed by Dutch law, with any disputes resolved in Dutch courts.

Service Description

Service Limitations:

• No backups unless specifically purchased
• Resource limits based on your plan
• No SLA for free services

Prohibited Activities

While we support free speech, the following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination:

• Child exploitation material (zero tolerance)
• Phishing or financial fraud operations
• Direct trademark infringement (counterfeit sites)
• Spam operations or botnet control
• Malware distribution
• Network attacks originating from our servers

We reserve the right to suspend any service violating these terms without refund.

Payment Terms

Fees: All services are prepaid. You authorize automatic renewal unless cancelled.

Crypto Payments: We accept Bitcoin, Monero and other major cryptocurrencies. These payments are non-refundable.

Chargebacks: Any payment dispute will result in immediate service termination and permanent ban.

Refunds: No refunds are offered for any services due to their nature.

Taxes: You are responsible for any applicable taxes in your jurisdiction.

Limitation of Liability

No Warranty: Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

Maximum Liability: Our total liability shall never exceed one month's service fee.

Your Responsibility: You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining backups
• Legal compliance in your jurisdiction
• Securing your accounts

We are not liable for any DMCA or other takedown notices you may receive.

Termination Policy

By You: You may cancel at any time through the client area. No refunds for unused time.

By Us: We may terminate services immediately for:

• Violation of our content restrictions
• Non-payment
• Abuse of our network
• Legal requirements from Dutch authorities

Data Removal: All data is permanently deleted upon termination.
